Morten Bartholdy is a first class Visual Effects Supervisor & 3D Animator. Morten is a specialist in Softimage XSI 3D, and has worked on numerous Feature Films as well as a number of high profile commercials. Morten handles all aspects of a production, from planning graphics and visual effects through shooting and production of all 3D elements, to final compositing.

Among Morten’s outstanding work is “Carlsberg Sport Wasp Race” for which he won a True Award, Visual effects Supervisor and 3D lead on ”The Wild Swans” by Peter Flinth in collaboration with Her Majesty Margrethe II, 3D effects for “Unge Andersen” by Rumle Hammerich and 3D Lead on Thomas Vinterbergs “It’s All About Love” for which the VFX team won a Robert Award.

Claus Mølgaard is trained as mould maker and has a master degree in Engineering and a PhD. in plastic and environmental sciences, from Technical University of Denmark.

Claus is external collaboration Partner and since 1988 Claus has worked with and specialized in developing Designers Products.

Lene Nielsen is Denmark’s leading specialist in personas.

She has a PhD. in Personas and Scenarios and have been working with both industry and governmental bodies.

Lene Nielsen have developed the method ”10 steps to Personas” and published a book about Personas.

Svend core competencies are mastering a targeted and efficient design process that is structured, analytical and which has a holistic creative approach.

Svend Onø is trained as Designer in 1988 and worked with Design and Product Development ever since. Svend has worked with international Brands like Bodum, Ascom, Lego, BBS, KiSS Technology, Sagem & Alto.

Vibeke’s core competencies are: Defining Product & Design Strategies, Product & Design Management, e.g. Analysis of a Product Portfolio & Planning a Product Pipeline.

Vibeke Mogensen is a trained architect with 20 years experience in the lighting industry, most recently she held a position as Vice President at Louis Poulsen Lighting.
